I've spent the better part of seven years running digital presences within the medical and pharmaceutical space - websites, email campaigns, client relationships, video production, reporting, the lot. I started as a teenager on the customer service desk and grew into a role that now spans account management, advertising sales, credit control, and website builds, often juggling five inboxes at once. It taught me how to hold a lot of moving parts steady and still deliver something polished at the end.

That world - medical and pharmaceutical marketing - has exacting standards. Everything has to be accurate, professional, and on-brand, because the audience is clinicians who notice when it isn't. I build and manage email marketing to a professional audience, and handle the kind of behind-the-scenes technical operations most people never see but always feel when they're done badly.

Now I'm bringing that same precision to small Irish businesses who are brilliant at what they do but don't have the time or the technical background to build a proper online presence.
